26 Sep Block Level Cluster Schemes under NHDP By : Central Government Date : 26-09-2020 The Block Level Clusters are sanctioned by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, New Delhi under National Handloom Development Programme. Detailed Project Report of BLC projects are recommended to Govt. of India by the State Government after these are cleared by the State Level Project Committee (SLPC) with regard to verification of the credentials of the project submitted by the Implementing Agency through concerned Assistant Director Handloom. Once all the codal formalities as stipulated in the scheme are fulfilled by the Implementing Agencies, funds are directly released by the Ministry of Textile, Government of India, New Delhi into the bank account of the Implementing Agency.
